An RPA layer validated extracted data against shipment records in the TMS, completed e-declaration filings with customs authorities in 6 countries, and flagged exception documents — those with model confidence below threshold — to a supervised review queue.
A real-time operations dashboard gave managers full visibility into document pipeline status, shipments at risk of detention, and error rates broken down by origin country and document type.
